Role Description The Expeditor role in West Bengal at ACES GQS India is a full-time, on-site position based in the West Bengal Region. The Expeditor will monitor and follow up on vendor production and delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch of materials and equipment.

Daily tasks include reviewing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal project teams, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving delays or bottlenecks. The role involves preparing status reports, updating expediting documentation,



and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to support project timelines and quality requirements. The Expeditor will also assist in risk identification related to supply chain and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.

The profiles we are seeking are for both positions (desk & field expediting) and candidates must indicate for which of the two they are applying.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage supplier schedules, track deliveries, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for working with vendors, internal project teams, and clients.
- Competence in documentation, report preparation, and use of basic office and tracking software tools.
- Understanding of industrial or engineering project environments; experience in sectors such as oil and gas, power, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Ability to work in office full-time in the West Bengal Region and adapt to energetic project requirements.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles and international standards is beneficial.
