Responsibilities

- End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Coordinate movement of medicines from source to destination.
- End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Track shipments, deliveries, and transportation status.
- End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transport vendors, carriers, CHAs, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Plan and schedule logistics to meet delivery timelines.
- Documentation Compliance: Prepare and manage logistics documentation including invoices, bills of lading, airway bills, shipping bills, etc.
- Documentation Compliance: Ensure all documents are compliant with regulatory requirements for pharma goods.
- Documentation Compliance: Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness.
- Inventory Supply Chain Support: Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and production teams.
- Inventory Supply Chain Support: Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies.
- Inventory Supply Chain Support: Support demand forecasting and logistics planning.
- Vendor Carrier Coordination: Communicate with transport vendors, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
- Vendor Carrier Coordination: Negotiate freight rates and delivery schedules.
- Vendor Carrier Coordination: Ensure cost-efficient logistics operations.




- Tracking Reporting: Track transit status and resolve issues such as delayed shipments or discrepancies.
- Tracking Reporting: Provide regular updates and MIS reports on logistics activities, costs, and timelines.
- Tracking Reporting: Support system updates in logistics software.

Requirements

- Knowledge of logistics processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance

- Cold Chain Packaging (beneficial)
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving in a dynamic supply chain
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards

Preferred Experience

- Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, export/import, or temperature-controlled supply chain
- Understanding of customs clearance, export documentation, and international trade processes (if relevant)

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharma, Commerce, or related discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience (pharma / logistics / supply chain)
