About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to support EV, automotive, technical events, sponsorship outreach, and industry engagement. The role involves a combination of event coordination,

business development, lead generation, and stakeholder outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Support planning and execution of EV, automotive, motorsports, and technical events.
- Reach out to potential sponsors, industry partners, and exhibitors.
- Connect with colleges, universities, faculty, and student teams.
- Conduct calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and regular follow-ups.
- Generate leads and maintain an updated outreach database.
- Coordinate with colleges, sponsors, teams, speakers, and event partners.
- Support on-ground event execution and coordination.
- Assist in sponsorship proposals, presentations, and basic event documentation.
- Track outreach, meetings, leads, and conversions.




- Prepare basic reports and share regular updates with the team.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Engineering / Management preferred.
- For candidates applying to the Event & Outreach role, active participation or experience in EV competitions, automotive/bike events, motorsports, or technical fests is preferred.
- Must have strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with business development, sponsorship outreach, and lead generation.
- Positive coordination and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and college visits.

For Executive Candidates

- Prior experience in event coordination, outreach, sponsorship, business development, or college engagement will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage outreach activities and event-related responsibilities.
