- Handle RTO shipments and ensure timely processing and closure.
- Perform tagging of newly received inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Complete putaway of returned inventory after tagging and verification.
- Support order packing and dispatch activities as required.
- Update inventory and shipment-related details on the system/laptop.
- Maintain accurate records of tagging, RTOs, returns and inventory movement.
- Provide operational support across warehouse activities as required.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities and ensure smooth operations during team members’ absence.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve inventory or shipment-related issues.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, e-commerce or retail operations.
- Comfortable with tagging, packing and handling inventory physically.
- Basic computer/laptop skills and ability to work on Excel/system-based inventory processes.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple operational activities.
- Prior experience in fashion, jewellery or retail warehouse operations would be an advantage.
