Role Overview

We are looking for a Visa Executive to support day-to-day visa operations, primarily focusing on documentation, application processing, e-visas, arrival cards, vendor follow-ups and leisure maintenance,

Key Responsibilities

- Process e-visa applications for destinations such as Dubai,



Bali and other applicable destinations.
- Coordinate with visa vendors for applications, requirements and status updates.
- Complete arrival cards and other pre-travel formalities within timelines for travelling guests.
- Coordinate with guests regarding missing documents and visa-related requirements.
- Update the visa status, invoices, and relevant details in the CRM.
- Maintaining Venodr Leisure and coordinating with finance team for vendor payment release.

Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in Visa Operations, Travel Tourism or a similar role.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple applications and timelines.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
- Willingness to learn different visa processes.
- CRM experience is an added advantage.
