Karl Kübel Foundation for Child and Family (KKF), is a nationally recognised development organisation working since 1994 to improve quality of life through education, skills, and institutional strengthening. Over the past 25 years, KKF has evolved into a centre of excellence in capacity building, closely engaging with government institutions, civil society organisations, and industry partners. KKF has a long-standing partnership with the civil society and private sector in Germany and is located in a serene campus housed in the Karl Kübel Institute for Development Education (KKID) in Mangarai, Coimbatore. KKID specializes in institutional and individual capacity building. We are in a pivotal moment where we are re-evaluating our strategic purpose and charting out a new direction for the organization.
- Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic young Project Executive-cum-trainer to work closely with the Head- Capability Development to ensure quality design, promotion and delivery of KKID’s programmes. The candidate will work closely with multiple teams with KKF, external consultants, and multiple organizations regionally, nationally and internationally to ensure quality training programmes across diverse sectors including NPOs, INGOs, Private sector, Community Based Organizations and Government. The ideal candidate will be a team player with established credentials in learning, communication, facilitation, research and digital skills across This role demands creative thinking, quality delivery, learning and integrating feedback, and moving beyond the thematic areas and geographies. The position requires lateral and innovative thinking, agility to move between various roles and an ability to convert thoughts into actions quickly.

The role focuses on quality programme implementation , while supporting the Institution in partnerships, customer retention, product designing, identifying thematic areas with the focus on Genz for events, conferences, symposia.



The person must be well versed with digital skills, technical expertise in conceptualizing capabilities for diverse groups. Also, there will be opportunities to get exposed with international exchange programmes, volunteers and experts and one should be ready to dialogue and thematize, coach and mentor suitably.

The position plays a critical enabling role in translating KKF’s capability building wing to transform to next gen demands with an eye on high-quality, outcome-oriented, and impactful programmes, while keeping an eye on emerging opportunities.

- Key Responsibilities

A. Training Design and implementation: (75%) ● Initiate surveys to assess need assessment to identify new demands of the targets from diverse sectors.

● Begin to conceptualise, design, market, implement and monitoring KKID in-house trainings.

● Support programme innovation, scale-up, and adaptation based on learning and evolving sector needs.

● Maintain strong coordination between the verticals of trainings, Partnerships, administration and finance functions for smooth functions.

● Promote a culture of knowledge building, sharing with the focus on learning and development.

● Ensure programme coordination from the stages of conceptualising, designing, selling, coordinating and concluding with reports for future reference.

B. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships (25%)

● Support the team in identifying opportunities for subject matter specialists, funders, projects, programs and partnerships.

● Innovate programme concepts, proposals, budgets to experiment.

● Involve, initiate, support strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, impact funds, universities and government agencies.

● Convene online thematic discussions with experts on current topics.

● Digitalise selling points through apt use of technology, including social media





● Contribute to documentation and knowledge management

- Qualifications & Experience

● Master’s degree in any discipline with the passion for the capability Development and career oriented in learning and development. ● 3-5 years of experience in development programme including capacity building within the development/non-profit or CSR sector.

● Strong interest in building knowledge capital through reading, research and publications.

● Be ready for travel to anchor multi-thematic or multi-location programmes.

● Demonstrated experience in reporting, and partnership development.

● Experience with working with corporate, government and development sector.

● Exposure to International forums and dialogues.

Salary is subject to the position though will be fixed on the experience, role performance, and competencies.
