Department: Demand Planning & Supply Chain (DPSC)

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting end-to-end demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure product availability, optimum inventory, timely delivery, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor demand and supply plans based on business requirements.
- Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and sales data to identify gaps and risks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, excess/slow-moving stock, and stock-outs.
- Coordinate production planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and deliveries .
- Follow up with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and distributors for timely supply and delivery.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, OTIF, Service Level, and Logistics Cost .




- Identify supply chain issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare MIS, KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates .
- Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate planning and inventory data in ERP/MRP systems .
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and applicable procedures.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain , Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field .
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning, or Operations.
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP ; Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
