- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate client interviews.
- Manage end-to-end candidate and client communication through offer release and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
- Build active talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

- Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic mindset with a quick learning curve.
- Professional approach to candidate and stakeholder management.
