Sai Life Sciences is looking for a agile Executive / Senior Executive - Engineering Excellence to support engineering excellence initiatives, asset reliability improvement, maintenance optimization, and continuous improvement programs across manufacturing operations. The role will focus on driving engineering best practices, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, CMMS utilization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track Engineering KPIs and maintenance performance metrics.

- Drive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) initiatives.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure effective CAPA implementation.

- Support CMMS implementation and maintenance optimization activities.

- Conduct asset criticality assessment and manage critical spare analysis.

- Drive Kaizen, 5S, Gemba Walks, and Continuous Improvement projects.

- Prepare engineering reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Support Mechanical Excellence and Reliability Improvement initiatives.

- Conduct training programs on Good Engineering Practices (GEP) and maintenance best practices.

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, visual management, and housekeeping practices
