We at Reliance Lifesciences are looking to hire a Executive/ Sr. Executive for Vaccines Manufacturing with 4 to 5 years of experience.

Location: Navi Mumbai/ Mumbai

Qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Microbiology

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Perform media and inoculum preparation for vaccine manufacturing processes.
2. Conduct environmental monitoring in controlled production areas.
3. Execute harvest inactivation and aseptic transfer operations as per GMP guidelines
4. Operate CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) of production vessels.
5. Perform aseptic filtration and In process sterility testing during production stages.
6. Perform inactivation and aseptic transfer to secondary containers under sterile condition.
7. Maintain and completed BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and other GMP documentation.
8. Record daily production activities and ensured timely review and submission of BMR to QA.
