Executive / Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition (US Healthcare)

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-driven Executive / Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition with experience in US Healthcare Recruitment and Bulk Hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across US healthcare support functions such as RCM, AR Calling, Billing, Claims, and related operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US Healthcare positions.
- Conduct HR screening, communication assessment, salary fitment, and shift readiness checks.
- Drive hiring for RCM, AR Calling, and Claims roles.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for volume hiring requirements.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand hiring needs.
- Provide recruitment updates, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.




- Support project ramp-ups and mass hiring initiatives.

Bulk Hiring & Recruitment Drives

- Plan and execute walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, and bulk hiring campaigns.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Improve hiring turnaround time and joining ratios.

Compliance & Onboarding

- Coordinate offer rollout, onboarding, and pre-joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring processes and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRMS systems.

Required Skills

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with focus on US Healthcare hiring.
- Strong exposure to bulk/volume hiring environments.
- Knowledge of RCM, AR Calling, and Claims processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS tools, job portals, and sourcing platforms.
