- Preparation of Isometric using piping layout

- Preparing Fire Hydrants sprinkler layouts
- Preparation of builders works (slab wall openings)
- Preparing Qty Take of sheet BOM
- Documentation - Project wise Filing/Scanning
- Site visits and issue resolution
- Good understanding of local design standards, code local authority requirements

Qualifications
1. Minimum 12th Passed
2. Completed ITI draftsman Course Good Auto CAD Knowledge, skill
3. Basic Revit MEP course
4. Advantage - Diploma
Experience
- Core Design Experience Min 8 to 10 years in Mechanical services - Public Health Engineering, Fire Fighting HVAC Services in MEP real-estate industry Grade A Developer in India.
