Job title: Executive / Senior Executive – Gold Loan

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive to handle Gold Loan sales, customer acquisition, loan processing, and customer servicing for the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Gold Loan business through *field visits, referrals, leads, and local market activities
- Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Handle Gold Loan applications, KYC, documentation, and processing from application to disbursement.
- Explain loan products, repayment terms, interest rates, and charges to customers.
- Coordinate with branch, credit, operations, and valuation teams for timely loan processing.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, top-ups, closures, and pending interest payments.
- Support follow-up of overdue accounts and collection activities as required.
- Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with KYC and company guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers and local business channels to generate repeat and referral business.

Key Requirements:





- 1–2 years of experience in Gold Loan, Retail Lending, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Gold Loan sales/sourcing experience will be preferred.
- Good understanding of loan processing, KYC, documentation, and disbursement.
- Solid communication, customer-handling, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with willingness to travel locally for *field sales and business development.
- Knowledge of Gold Loan valuation/appraisal will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
