Role Description The Executive / Senior Executive – EBO Expansion and Rollout will be responsible for driving the expansion of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and managing their successful rollout. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patel Nagar.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential locations for recent outlets, coordinating with landlords and vendors, and supporting store setup activities. The role involves tracking project timelines and budgets, ensuring outlets meet brand standards, and collaborating with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support store launch plans.



The Executive / Senior Executive will also prepare regular reports on rollout progress, maintain documentation, and assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience across new outlets.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail expansion, store rollout, or business development within mobile, consumer electronics, or similar industries.
- Skills in project coordination, vendor management, and basic budgeting or cost tracking.
- Ability to conduct location assessments, analyze market potential, and support site selection decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with maintaining reports and documentation.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and commitment to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; relevant retail or field operations experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad as required for site visits, store setups, and audits.
