Indian Silk House Agencies is a heritage ethnic-wear retail brand (est. 1971) with 70+ stores across India. We're looking for an Executive Secretary to support senior leadership — someone who runs the day-to-day smoothly and is also comfortable owning basic reporting and follow-up work, not just administrative tasks.

What you'll own:

- Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior leadership

- Handling correspondence — emails, calls, and coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams

- Office administration — filing, records, stationery/inventory, general office upkeep

- Maintaining easy trackers and status summaries so leadership has visibility on pending items and follow-ups

- Coordinating basic cross-functional follow-ups (chasing documents, confirmations,



approvals across departments)

- Preparing straightforward reports/updates when asked, and keeping meeting notes/action items organized

What we're looking for:

- Solid experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Front Office Executive supporting senior leadership (MD/CEO/Director level)

- Strong organizational skills — calendars, travel, filing, correspondence handled without reminders

- Comfortable with Report Preparation

- Discretion and reliability — this role sees sensitive information

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

- 8+ years of relevant experience preferred
