We are looking for a highly driven, confident, and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our beauty & wellness team. This role is for someone who understands the aesthetic, skincare, hair, and wellness industry, communicates with clarity and empathy. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client conversion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients with the clear objective of closing appointments and sales.
- Handle inbound leads efficiently, address queries confidently, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand client concerns related to skin, hair, and wellness and recommend suitable treatments,



packages, and plans.
- Maintain a professional, persuasive, and empathetic communication style on every call
- Perform timely follow-ups with hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Accurately update call outcomes, client details, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with the front office and counselors to ensure smooth client visits and consultations.
- Follow up with clients post-appointment for feedback, repeat bookings, and cross-selling.
- Stay well-informed about treatments, packages, pricing, offers, and current launches in the beauty & wellness industry.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty, skin, hair, and wellness industry (aesthetic clinics experience preferred).
- A hunger to close and earn incentives.
- Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant leads.
- Basic CRM knowledge and disciplined follow-up process.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate / Undergraduate

Work Schedule:

- 6 days a week
- Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
