About the Role :

We are looking for an Executive to manage 3-Wheeler financing sales and collections. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing current customers, supporting the loan process, building relationships with dealers/drivers, and ensuring timely repayment of loans.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with 3W dealers, drivers, fleet owners and other local partners.

- Understand customer requirements and explain loan/financing products.

- Collect and verify customer and vehicle-related documents.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales/disbursement targets.

- Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.

- Handle 3W loan collections and reduce overdue/delinquent accounts.

- Visit customers in the field when required for payment follow-up.





- Maintain regular contact with customers and understand reasons for payment delays.

- Support recovery efforts for difficult/hard-bucket accounts when required.

- Ensure adherence to company collection policies and customer-handling guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- 13 years of experience in 3W/2W financing, vehicle finance, sales & collections.

- Candidates with experience in NBFC/Fintech/Vehicle Finance will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.

- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps and documentation.

- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle would be an advantage.
