Role Description The Executive Sales role at foundit is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South.

The Executive

Sales qualified will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of client accounts, and promote foundit’s hiring solutions to organizations across various industries. This role involves conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.





The Executive

Sales team member will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in consultative selling, business development, and account management.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, sales analytics, and presentation software.
- Comfort working with hiring or HR technology platforms, or experience in recruitment solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
