About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Executive Resourcer with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/resourcing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for requirements across Semiconductor, Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates based on technical and experience requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate profiles against job requirements.

Make recruitment calls and effectively communicate job opportunities to candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Meet daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.

Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and status reports.

Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates.

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition.





Good knowledge of IT/Technical recruitment is preferred.

Exposure to Semiconductor, IT Infrastructure, Engineering, or IT hiring will be an advantage.

Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.

Good understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good candidate screening and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with targets and timelines.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Proactive attitude with solid learning ability.

Qualification

Any Bachelor's degree.

MBA/PGDM in HR or a related qualification is an advantage.
