Urgent Hiring: Executive – R&D;

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: M.Sc. (UGC Approved / Regular Course)

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

CTC: ₹2.5–3.8 LPA

Location: Padra, Vadodara

We are looking for an experienced Executive – R&D; with hands-on experience in chemical research, product development, and laboratory activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct R&D; experiments, trials, and laboratory analysis for chemical products.
- Support recent product development, process improvement, and product optimization.
- Perform laboratory testing and maintain accurate experimental records and reports.
- Analyze results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Support scale-up trials and process development from laboratory to plant level.
- Conduct raw material, intermediate, and finished product testing as required.
- Follow SOPs,



laboratory safety, chemical handling, and EHS guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, QC, and Process teams for trials and improvements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, samples, and R&D; documentation.
- Support cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
