Qualification

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Skills :
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Vendor Management : - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct vendor audits and performance reviews.

- Procurement Process : - Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.





- Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials, supplies, and services.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

- Negotiation: - Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.

- Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

- Inventory Management : - Collaborate with inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.

- Cost Management : - Analyse and evaluate cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising on quality.
