As part of its expansion, the company is strengthening its Production Planning & Control Department at its Bhosari, Pune location.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive to support production planning, production monitoring, material coordination and planning-related documentation for smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities





- Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans.
- Track production status and update planning reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and material requirements.
- Update ERP data and maintain planning records.
- Follow up on material shortages and production bottlenecks.
- Prepare production-related MIS reports.
- Support dispatch planning and order tracking.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation.

Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in defence, aerospace, engineering, fabrication, machining or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
