Job Role:

- Execution of daily production activities as per instructions.

- Effective operations activities of plant

- Minimum downtime of the equipment

- Preventive maintenances of equipment

- Adherence to the safety procedure at work floor.

Job Responsibility:

- Production of Modified Bitumen &
- Bitumen Emulsion Grades as per ITPL Product Portfolio.

- Carry Out prestart up Checks of Forklift, daily cleaning and report to concern persons about abnormality, if any.

- Execute Drum Filling, Bulk tanker loading & truck/tanker loading and unloading operation as per daily plan.

- Pre-Loading / Unloading and loading work as per checklist to ensure the highest level of Health, Safety &

- Environmental Compliance during operations.

- Working in Shift as per schedule and/or as advised by Supervisor.

- Weighment of incoming and outgoing vehicles.

- Maintain all Operations &

- HSEQ related checklists &
- Logbooks update.

- For Smooth functional of machines and Mechanical Equipment maintain cleanly, healthy and Available always and ensuring HSE procedure are strictly followed.

- Effective Utilization of critical spares and consumables to ensure least plant & machinery idling.

- Recordkeeping of Maintenance related Checklists, Logbooks &

- Register (eg.

Critical Equipment Inspection

Checklist, Breakdown Maintenance Register, LOTO register etc.)

- Fire Fighting Equipment upkeep_ Inspection and periodic checks with maintaining records.

- Thermic Fluid Heater Operation &

- Troubleshooting and daily logbook update .





- DG 500 KVA Operation &

- Trouble shooting.

- Maintaining On-Field HSE Compliance and anomalies reporting to supervisor.

- Maintain Records of Preventive &

- Breakdown Maintenance &
- Inspections.

- Comply with Permit to Work System for non-routine maintenance / high risk activities.

- Maintain regular Housekeeping at Maintenance Place / Worksite (deploy 5S Principle)

- Execute timely Inspection &

- Testing of Safety Critical equipment like Fire Fighting Equipment, Fire Hydrant System etc.

- Ensure full Compliance with all Critical &

- Non-Critical Maintenance related tasks SOPs.

- Execute Preventive maintenance schedule as per timeline and supervisor instructions.

- Maintain minimum downtime in case of Breakdown Maintenance.

- Maintained Daily Maintenance check lists & registers.

- Maintain daily Electrical power consumption register.

- Apart from the above, to follow responsibilities assigned by the supervisor / Plant Manager.

Job Specification:

- Diploma Degree / ITI (Pursuing / Completed) with min.4-10 years in Petroleum / Petrochemical / Bitumen industry with at least 2 years in similar capacity

- Valuable Knowledge on Hazardous Waste Management, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan

- Good Knowledge of Plant Equipment and Machinery, ERP Systems and Computers.

- Excellent man-management, supervision and presentation skills.

- Versatility in communication / languages, job skills and hands-on approach to the manufacturing processes
