Role & responsibilities

- Perform routine culture of mammalian adherent cell lines under aseptic conditions.
- Monitor cell morphology, viability, and growth characteristics.
- Passage cells at appropriate confluency levels to ensure healthy cultures.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
- Hands-on experience with mammalian adherent cell culture (e.g., MRC5,Vero, HEK293,or primary cell line(CEF) ).
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques, biosafety cabinets, and CO incubators.
- Experience with large-scale adherent culture systems (T 75, T175 roller bottles, Cell stacks/ Cell factories ).
- Knowledge of cryopreservation and cell banking.
- Exposure to bioreactor-based adherent culture or microcarrier systems.
