Key Responsibilities:

- Track Channel Partner (CP) activities and performance across all projects.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly CP MIS.

- Monitor CP-wise leads, site visits, bookings & conversions.

- Analyse project-wise CP performance and identify performance gaps.

- Maintain accurate CP databases and performance trackers.

- Coordinate with sales/sourcing teams for timely data updates.

- Prepare performance dashboards and reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / CP Performance, preferably in Real Estate.

- Strong MS Excel & data analysis skills.

- Good understanding of real estate sales and Channel Partner operations.

- Solid analytical and coordination skills.
