/ Key Responsibilities

- Execute monthly sales as per the approved customer-wise and part-wise sales plan.
- Track customer schedules, purchase orders, and daily/weekly dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, and Logistics departments to ensure timely dispatches.
- Maintain sales orders, dispatch records, invoices, and related documentation.
- Access customer portals regularly to review schedules, orders, forecasts, and other updates.
- Download, review, and circulate customer schedules and portal-related information internally.
- Upload required documents, acknowledgements, and other information on customer portals.
- Monitor actual sales against the approved sales plan and highlight shortages, excesses, or deviations.
- Follow up for purchase orders, schedule amendments, and routine commercial documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales execution reports and MIS.
- Maintain accurate customer-wise, part-wise, and model-wise sales and dispatch data.




- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery status and routine supply-related matters.
- Support debit notes, credit notes, claims, and reconciliation documentation as required.
- Ensure accurate filing, documentation, and traceability of customer correspondence and records.
- Support the Marketing team during customer reviews, audits, meetings, and other sales-related follow-up activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
