The company continues to innovate with products such as cold coffees, milkshakes, decoction, and pour-over coffee, while also serving B2B clients through its Cothas Grande vending machines and comprehensive coffee supply solutions.

Role Description

The Executive – Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Cothas coffee products across B2C retail, MT markets.

Responsibilities include managing ATL BTL and offline marketing activities, coordinating with sales and product teams, supporting brand promotions, and tracking campaign performance. The Executive will also assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.



Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Reporting to Senior Manager - Brand & Marketing.

Qualifications

- Solid marketing and brand management skills, with experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including social media, content creation, and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in FMCG or food & beverage is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru / ROKA and willingness to participate in field activities, events, and customer engagements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic marketing tools or CRM platforms is beneficial.
