- Solid experience in the Design bases & erection of mechanical utilities, including Chilled Water Systems (CHW), Cooling Towers & Cooling Water Circuits (CW), Compressed Air Systems (compressors, dryers, receivers), N2 Plant, Process water and industrial utility tanks, Pumping systems for various utilities, Ventilation & HVAC equipment (AHUs, exhaust systems, ducting) & EOT Cranes.

- Study the specifications provided by the consultant, verify their compatibility with our system, etc. Review and interpret consultant drawings before any execution to ensure alignment with project specifications.

- Ensure smooth & safe unloading of heavy equipment in line with safety standards & with close co-ordination with unloading agencies/labor/contractor

- Ensure work progressing as per approved P&IDs;, equipment datasheets, GA drawings, isometrics, layout plans, and mechanical design documents.

- Oversee installation of CHW lines, CW pipelines, compressed air distribution networks, process water pipelines, drain systems, and utility headers.

- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and anchoring of pumps, blowers, chillers, AHUs, tanks, EOT Cranes, and mechanical skids.

- Ensure piping works follow approved drawings, slope requirements, flange standards, hydro/pneumatic testing, flushing, and cleaning protocols. Monitor installation of valves, supports/hangers, pipe racks, insulation, vibration control, and equipment foundations.





- Ensure smooth execution of Fire hydrant system piping works & ensure the work progressing according to approved layouts & designs

- Conduct and supervise: Hydro / pneumatic tests, Flushing & chemical cleaning, Flow balancing, Vibration/Noise checks, Performance testing of chillers, compressors, pumps, cooling towers

- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Fire, EHS, and Production teams for sequencing and clash-free execution.

- Work closely with contractors for manpower planning, material handling, and daily execution schedules.

- Ensure strict compliance with EHS norms, including PPE usage, Hot work permits, Working at height, Confined space entry, Lifting procedures

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines.

- Participate in design validation meetings, value engineering studies, and technical clarifications.

- Monitor contractor work progress, manpower utilization, work quality, and timely execution.

- Maintain installation checklists, inspection reports, and daily progress documentation.

- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety practices (LOTO, PTW, earthing, isolation, WAH, PPE usage, etc.).

- Support FAT/SAT, trial runs, utility energization, and handover readiness for production equipment.

- Ensure commissioning documentation, punchpoint closure, and final acceptance reports.

- Ensure proper filing of asbuilt drawings, O&M; manuals, warranties, and statutory certificates.

Support preparation of SOPs, maintenance procedures, and handover documents.
