- Manage merchandising activities from order confirmation to shipment.

- Coordinate with buyers, production, planning, fabric, sourcing, and quality teams.

- Follow up on sampling, fabric, trims, accessories, and production timelines.

- Review buyer requirements, tech packs, specifications, and order details.

- Prepare and maintain T&A; (Time & Action) plans and ensure timely execution.

- Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production, quality, and delivery issues.

- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and buyer comments.

- Maintain accurate merchandising reports, order sheets, and documentation.

- Ensure orders are completed as per buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

- Communicate regularly with all concerned departments to ensure smooth order execution.

- Support the team in achieving on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
