Join Quikjet Cargo Airlines as the key coordination interface between the Company and aviation regulators and government stakeholders. The role will coordinate regulatory applications, renewals, approvals, filings, correspondence and compliance tracking across DGCA, MoCA, AAI, BCAS, Customs / CBIC and other relevant authorities supporting the Company's scheduled flight operations.

Ideal for a highly organized aviation professional with strong regulatory coordination, documentation, follow-up and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, meet regulatory timelines and communicate company and regulator positions professionally.

✅ Key responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison with DGCA and coordinate all regulatory correspondence, applications, renewals, approvals and compliance submissions.
- Coordinate AOC, Flight Standards, Airworthiness, Training & Licensing and Air Safety regulatory matters, including aircraft approvals, Ops Specs, licences, manuals, MEL, FATA, ADs and safety reporting.
- Monitor DGCA regulations, CARs, circulars and directives, maintain the Regulatory Compliance Calendar and ensure timely action by relevant internal functions.
- Manage regulatory coordination with MoCA on policy matters, industry consultations, air-cargo policy, DIC framework and other matters assigned by management.
- Coordinate with Airport Authority of India and airport operators on slots, airport approvals,



facilities, NOCs, charges and related operational requirements.
- Coordinate BCAS and Customs/CBIC requirements, including AVSEC approvals, AEPs, cargo security, bonded facilities, aircraft parts/materials and customs clearances.
- Maintain professional, transparent and arm’s-length relationships with regulators and government authorities, ensuring accurate communication and timely closure of regulatory matters within delegated authority.
