Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analysis of samples for batch release, stability testing, comparative analysis, validation and other testing activities along with proper documentation as per approved STPs and approved protocols using ELISA/ cell-based assay/ invitro bioassays.
- Culture maintenance, subculturing, cell bank maintenance, well versed with aseptic practises.
- Participate in training/ qualification/ validation of methods during technology transfer from R&D; to QC as per schedule and to complete related documentation timely.
- Perform verification/ calibration/ qualification/ monitoring activities of various QC instruments/ equipments as per schedule.
- Preparation and revision of documents as & when required
- To be involved at the time of LIR, OOS,



OOT and investigation studies, Change Control, CAPA, Deviation, method transfer / validation activities, as and when required.

- Technical skills required
- - Invitro/ invivo bioassays
- Electrophoresis techniques
- Molecular biology techniques

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting.
- Robust background in bioassay development, cell culture, electrophoresis, and molecular biology techniques.
- Experience working with in vitro assays such as ELISA or Western blot preferred.
