What You'll Be Owning

- Be the Link-Up Serve as the go-to HR partner, working cross-functionally with teams (managers, e Manager/Team Partnership (No Cap)
- Be the go-to partner for managers. Your goal is to keep the workplace culture positive and collaborative. We're talking anti-favoritism, big listening culture energy.

Employee Lifecycle & Engagement (The Glow-Up Journey)

- Own the entire employee experience: fire onboarding, real-time feedback systems, development, and keeping retention high. You'll be the force behind Cultural Patch Management initiatives (aka fixing the whole vibe).

Talent & Performance Management (Level Up)

- Drive performance calibrations and upgrades focused on growth and purpose, not just titles. This is about helping teams gain the skills to stay relevant.





Employee Relations (Conflict Debugging)

- Low-key handle concerns and Conflict Debugging to ensure ethical and trustful collaboration. Your proactive support builds strong manager-employee social relationships.

Recognition (R&R; Flex)

- Design rewards and Incentive Engine activities that show real appreciation and value individual effort beyond the role.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

- Have 1-3 years of experience (HRBP/Generalist/HR Ops roles)
- You're great at communication and stakeholder management
- Can balance empathy with business smarts
- Crave a energetic environment where you have real ownership (no micro-management)
- Bonus Flex: An MBA/PGDM in HR
