Role & responsibilities

- To undertake various direct marketing initiatives such as Go direct, Customer meets, NOC day, Saathiya diwas, Gramsabha, Loan mela, MFG tie up activities, Mandi diwas and Road shows etc. To conduct minimum 10-12 activities per month by his own.

- To generate leads for other Verticals as well as for own business.
- Ensure follow up on leads recd with concerns and timely closure of cases.
- Implementation of Reach, Village and Dealer strategies.

- To co-ordinate with Dealers, Branch Team for successful implementation of company marketing initiatives and also branch level marketing initiatives.
- To ensure that marketing / promotional material is available with branch and suitably displayed.
- To ensure adequate and protected custody of MMFSL branch promotional material and display of the same at all activities and requirement of specific promotional material for festivals.

- Understand customer needs, requirements and create more opportunities to sell.
- To maintain cordial relationship with internal and external Clients.

People

Management
- To ensure follow-up and conversion of business from existing database.





Also expansion through acquisition of new customer base.

- To ensure Activity planning and execution.
- To ensure proper MIS of leads generated through various programs is properly captured and followed up.

- Timely reporting, attendance, compliance with HR policies, good presentation, communication skills and business ethics.
- Daily /monthly reporting to be ensured.

Portfolio

Management

- Ensure timely collections in his/her portfolio till one year of contract and thereafter coordinating with collection team for collection.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/BFSI
- Strong field marketing and lead generation skills
- Good communication and relationship management

- Comfortable with local travel and rural outreach activities
- Basic MIS/reporting knowledge
- Target-oriented and customer-focused candidate
