- Explain the required documentation, procedures, and onboarding requirements to drivers.
- Assist drivers with the registration and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for driver verification and onboarding.
- Address basic driver queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Ensure smooth and effective walk-in management and a positive driver experience.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Tamil with basic English communication skills.
- Experience in customer handling and walk-in management.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple walk-in customers/drivers and resolve basic queries professionally.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in reception, customer service, driver onboarding, field inspection, or similar roles will be preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, dispatch, or Operations Control Desk.
