Role Description The Executive – Finance & Accounts will manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities for Konnect Diagnostics. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves handling accounts payable and receivable, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements. The role includes overseeing billing, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and banks.

The executive will ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other regulatory requirements, support budgeting and cost control,



and provide financial insights to management. The position may also involve supporting pricing decisions and working closely with the sales and operations teams to align financial processes with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and accounting skills, including experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Hands-on expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, filings, and related regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in account management, including ledgers, reconciliations, and billing processes.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams to support revenue tracking, pricing, and collections.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is mandatory.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are a plus.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
