Role Description The Executive – Finance & Accounts (Healthcare Experience) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, preparation and review of financial statements, and reconciliation of accounts. The executive will oversee GST-related compliance, invoicing, and tax documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring revenue and expenses, supporting budgeting and forecasting,



and collaborating with operations and sales teams to align financial processes with business needs. The role also includes coordinating with auditors, maintaining financial records, and contributing to cost control and efficiency initiatives within the diagnostic center.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core finance functions, including Finance, Financial Statements, and budgeting.
- Practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), compliance, and related documentation.
- Experience in Account Management, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Exposure to Sales processes, revenue tracking, and coordination with commercial teams.
- Previous experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital finance and accounts is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
