About the role:

Nutzen Engineering Solutions is hiring an Executive Engineer – Piping Design for our Process and Design team. You will design piping for wastewater, effluent, sewage, biogas and renewable energy plants, and support these projects through fabrication, installation and commissioning. You will report to the Manager – Process and Design.

What you'll do:

- Prepare piping designs for WTP, ETP, STP, SBR, Anaerobic Digestion and Biogas Purification plants
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs;, GADs, equipment fabrication drawings, plant layouts, plot plans, pipe routing drawings and piping isometrics
- Prepare detailed piping bills of material, technical specifications and datasheets
- Participate in equipment fabrication at the workshop
- Support engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and project management teams
- Take part in site visits, quality inspections and performance testing
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations,



safety standards and project specifications
- Provide technical support to clients during project execution and operation

What we're looking for:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of piping engineering experience, preferably in water, wastewater, biogas or environmental projects
- Knowledge of sewage treatment, effluent treatment, gas purification and anaerobic digestion processes
- Understanding of piping fundamentals, including ASME and API standards
- Ability to read and prepare PFDs and P&IDs;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and SolidWorks Piping Module

- Willingness to travel for site visits and erection activities
- Knowledge of biogas purification systems and organic waste treatment
