Engineering with over 20 years of experience

Functional leadership of large, cross-regional technology teams (150+) in Banking and Finance

Leading development and delivery of technology strategies and roadmaps

Building large complex systems with high degree of scalability, straightforward design and architecture, operability, availability, etc.

Working with internal finance and treasury functions and knowledge of systems typically supporting these

Technology strategy and roadmap development

Design, including object-oriented thinking and effective adoption of AI

Development and delivery utilising AI tools for faster delivery and better outcomes

Specific experience and knowledge of Finance and Treasury systems, Payment, Transaction Banking, Core Banking, Trading,

Technical knowledge of development, design, testing, architecture and technology infrastructure.

Ability to effectively own and run technical operations

Ability to manage managers, motivate, coach and engage staff.

Stakeholder engagement, negotiating and communicating skills.
