As an Executive in the BPM - Practices & Ops department, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes and enhancing operational performance.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and driving innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BPM methodologies and a proven track record in process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes and provide BPM expertise.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

- Train and mentor team members on BPM practices and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BPM, ensuring Digitide remains at the forefront.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of Digitide's overall BPM strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPM-focused environment.
- Robust knowledge of BPM methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
- Proven track record in process optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Experience in process documentation and standardization.
