- Write concise, engaging, and action-oriented content for WhatsApp Channels.

- Create headlines, captions, CTAs, and short-form communication optimized for mobile users.

- Maintain a consistent brand tone and communication style across platforms.

1. Creative Coordination

- Coordinate with design and video teams for required marketing creatives.

- Prepare clear creative briefs covering objectives, copy, CTA, format, and specifications.

- Review final creatives to ensure they align with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

1. Content Optimization &
- Performance

- Optimize content based on engagement, audience response, timing, formatting, and post structure.

- Use link tracking and available analytics to measure engagement and conversions.





- Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and audience reach.

- Quality Control

- Ensure all communication is accurate, error-free, and consistent with brand guidelines.

- Verify links, dates, offers, service details, and other information before publishing.

- Ensure content remains relevant and aligned with the intended audience.

1. Campaign &
- Digital Marketing Support

- Support marketing campaigns, product/service launches, and promotional activities.

- Plan pre-launch, launch, and reminder communications through WhatsApp Channels.

- Coordinate WhatsApp communication with ongoing social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Job specifications

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- 1 to 2 Years of experience in Handling communication channels

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Valuable content writing and proofreading skills.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

- Attention to detail and ability to ensure error-free communication
