Experience: 3-6 years of field experience with rural projects, awareness of NGO/ Development sector/ CSR.
Purpose
This role is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and strengthening Integrated Community Development Projects (ICDP) and other CSR initiatives by serving as a key link between NGO partners, village institutions, and the CSR project team. The position focuses on field-level project monitoring, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and performance tracking, while ensuring timely reporting, identifying implementation gaps, and supporting the effective achievement of project objectives and community development outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Monitoring & Coordination
- Monitor ICDP and other CSR projects implemented through NGO partners.
- Track resource utilization, targets, outputs, and outcomes across Water & Soil Conservation, Sanitation, Sustainable Agriculture, Livelihood, Health & Nutrition, and Institution Building initiatives.
- Ensure timely submission of fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Conduct regular review calls/meetings with NGOs and internal teams.
- Identify implementation issues, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with Civil, Purchase, Accounts, Communication, and other teams.
- Support financial monitoring through SAP/ERP and digital platforms.
Field Monitoring & Evaluation
- Conduct regular field visits to CSR and ICDP project sites.
- Monitor training programs, community meetings, awareness initiatives, health interventions, SHG activities, and civil works.
- Engage with farmers, SHGs, community groups, and local committees to assess project impact.
- Review project records, documentation, and implementation challenges with NGO teams.
Project Planning & Budgeting
- Assist in planning, budgeting, and annual reviews of CSR/ICDP projects.
- Coordinate with NGO partners on budget submissions, utilization, and progress tracking.
- Facilitate contract/MoU renewals and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with CSR and NGO project guidelines and processes.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Compile and analyze project data from monitoring tools and tracking sheets.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, presentations, and updates for the CSR team.
- Validate project achievements and provide feedback to NGO partners.
- Support CSR seminars, workshops, partner engagements, and awareness initiatives.
Communication & Data Management
- Develop communication materials, publications, case studies, and event content.
- Maintain project documentation and promote initiatives through digital and corporate communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in CSR and volunteering-related messaging across business units.
- Provide periodic progress updates and maintain project data repositories.
Secondary:
- Document case studies, success stories, and field photographs.
- Represent the CSR team in interactions with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Visit CSR project sites across India as required for monitoring and coordination.
Technical Skills required:
Basic skills in Computers, Proficiency to work with large excel sheets, budget data, Proficiency in MS-Office with skills in making Power point, and Web advanced Search and applications.
Technical Expereince required:
- Knowledge of social development sector and rural development programs of Govt
- Knowledge of CSR law and process.
- Skills for community organization, overseeing inter-groups process, program coordination and facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity,
- Supportive supervision, networking, report writing,
- Skills in Social Project, Program Management, Budgeting, Implementation, quality control, Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment.
- Familiarization with statistical data analysis in social science, Documentation of Development projects
