We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and sales operations. This role involves coordinating sales backend team , assisting the sales team, managing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. It is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in marketing & B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinate creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, emailers, and social media posts
- Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign trackers
- Support website, landing page, and email marketing content updates

Sales Coordination

- Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Prepare sales proposals, pitch decks, quotations, and basic reports
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications
- Track inquiries, conversions,



and sales performance metrics

Coordination & Operations

- Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and creative teams
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and sales support documents
- Maintain records of bills, documentation, and internal reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/ zoho CRM
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
