Role Description The Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading all culinary operations across one hotel and one standalone outlet. Each day, the Executive Chef oversees menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and food preparation to maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and safety. The role includes managing kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, and training team members to ensure efficient, coordinated service.

Chef monitors inventory, controls food costs, and works with leadership to design menus that reflect the organization’s values and guest expectations. The position also involves maintaining strict hygiene standards, complying with local regulations, and continuously improving recipes and processes for an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

- Strong culinary expertise, including menu development, food preparation techniques, and plating skills.




- Experience in kitchen leadership, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain quality under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant culinary education or qualified certification from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
