About the Role

We are looking for experienced and responsible Executive Chefs, Chefs, and Cooks to join our kitchen team in Lucknow. The selected candidates will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, managing daily kitchen activities, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations according to their respective roles.

1. Executive Chef

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall kitchen operations.
- Plan menus and oversee daily food preparation.
- Supervise Chefs, Cooks, Helpers, and other kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and stock requirements.
- Control food wastage and support effective food cost management.
- Train, guide, and monitor kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
- Coordinate with management regarding kitchen requirements and operational issues.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage and guide kitchen staff.
- Good understanding of inventory and food cost control.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

1. Chef

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food as per the menu, recipes, and required standards.
- Manage daily food preparation and cooking activities.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Check ingredients required for daily cooking and inform the senior team about shortages.




- Properly handle and store food and ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage during preparation and cooking.
- Support and guide Cooks and Kitchen Helpers when required.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Good knowledge of cooking and food preparation.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to manage daily cooking activities efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

1. Cook

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, washing, peeling, and cleaning.
- Prepare and cook food as instructed by the Chef.
- Follow recipes, cooking instructions, and required portion sizes.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness while working.
- Keep cooking areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.
- Store ingredients properly after use.
- Check and report any shortage or requirement of ingredients.
- Assist the Chef in daily food preparation and kitchen activities.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Requirements
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
- Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Willingness to work in a busy kitchen workplace.
