About the RoleWe're looking for a sharp, dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder. You'll be the go-to person for keeping their day organized, managing priorities, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — someone comfortable with everyday tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude), and who can be trusted to remember what others forget.

What You'll Do

Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support directly to the Founder

Manage the Founder's schedule, meetings, and follow-ups across email and WhatsApp

Maintain and organize records, trackers, and documentation in Excel

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up research, drafting, and daily tasks

Track ongoing priorities, deadlines, and action items without needing constant reminders





Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts on the Founder's behalf

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

What You Bring

1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a founder or senior leader

Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini & Claude for daily work

Highly organized with a sharp memory for detail and follow-through

Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask without dropping the ball

Good communication skills, written and verbal

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
