Longefit Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organized individual to join our Head Office team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently managing front office and administrative responsibilities in coordination with the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle front desk operations in a professional manner
- Assist the HR Department and CEO with day-to-day office tasks
- Handle initial-level recruitment activities as directed by the HR Manager for various positions
- Update and maintain recruitment and related data in Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Coordinate and manage front office activities smoothly
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in English Language and Literature or Masters
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under guidance
- Prior experience in front office or HR administrative roles will be an added advantage
