Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Executive Assistant cum HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and employees.

This is a hybrid role combining Executive Assistance, HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Administrative Coordination. The individual will support the CEO in managing priorities, schedules, meetings, travel, documentation, and follow-ups while also assisting the HR function in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance & Leadership Support

- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, stakeholders, and leadership team members.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, bookings, and related documentation.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other leadership documents.
- Track important action items, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of leadership priorities.




- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with selected personal and administrative requirements of the CEO, including banking coordination, expense management, travel, and scheduling.
- Act as an effective communication bridge between the CEO, leadership team, employees, and external stakeholders.

HR & People Operations

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Handle employee documentation, HR records, and personnel files.
- Assist in managing employee attendance, leave, timesheets, and HR-related queries.
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for monthly payroll inputs and employee payroll queries.
- Support employee exit formalities and clearance processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Support performance management and appraisal activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team activities.
- Support employee communication and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.

Administration & Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain administrative records and trackers.
- Assist with office-related coordination and employee requirements.
- Support procurement and management of office and employee-related requirements.
- Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and trackers as required by management.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and assignments given by the CEO or leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, HR Operations, HR Generalist, Administration, or a similar role.
- Prior experience supporting senior management or leadership will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems and digital collaboration tools is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Language

- English – Mandatory
- Tamil – Preferred
