- Execute production activities for polyclonal and monoclonal antibody products as per approved SOPs and protocols.

- Perform and monitor mammalian cell culture activities, including cell thawing, expansion, maintenance, passaging, cell counting, viability assessment, and harvesting.

- Handle antibody production workflows, including upstream processing and basic downstream activities as applicable.

- Monitor cell culture parameters and identify deviations or abnormalities during production.

- Maintain accurate batch records, production records, logbooks, and other required documentation.

- Perform routine sampling and in-process checks to ensure product quality and consistency.

- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), R&D;, and other relevant teams for smooth production activities.

- Ensure proper cleaning,



sterilization, maintenance, and operation of laboratory equipment used for production.

- Support troubleshooting of cell culture and antibody production-related issues.

- Follow biosafety, chemical safety, waste-disposal, and laboratory safety procedures.

- Contribute to process optimization, continuous improvement, and scale-up activities. Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
