Accountabilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Collect, consolidate and analyse data from AMI sites.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, summaries and analytical reports.
- Support management in preparing data-driven reports for review and decision-making.

Presentation
- Prepare professional and management-level PPT based on business requirements.
- Compile information from various sources and present it in a clear, concise and visually effective manner.
- Update and maintain presentations, dashboards and management reports.

Management Support
- Provide day-to-day support to senior management in preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action trackers and follow-up reports, as required.
- Maintain and track important information, deadlines and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing management updates and periodic review presentations.

Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required data, inputs and updates.




- Follow up with state teams to ensure timely submission of information.
- Support cross-functional teams in preparing reports and presentations.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum education qualifications for the position: MBA/ M. Com/ B. Tech

Functional Skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Positive analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and extract key insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prepare management-level presentations and reports.
- Good follow-up skills.

Relevant and total years of Experience Overall experience: 4 + years, preferred experience in power sector
