- Ensuring of timely delivery of shipments
- Support in resolution of Short, Damage Cases
- Liaison with Customer and Vendor for improving operations efficiency
- Escalation Management
- Ensuring xero unattempt pendency >48 hrs
- Timely information to management to avoid any operational crises
- Meeting with Plant Logistics team to understand and act on Areas of Operational improvement
- Travelling to Vendor Hub regularly
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have the knowledge of Logistics (Part Truck Load)
- Must have at least experience of 1-3 yrs
- Open to Travel locally with his own two-wheeler
